Grey oyster mushroom mycelium on rye

Our mycelium is grown on carefully selected, unsprayed rye to produce healthy and vigorous mycelium. The rye acts as a carrier for the mycelium and makes it easy to inoculate suitable growing substrates, such as straw or wood-based materials.

Oyster mushrooms are one of the most popular and easy-to-grow edible mushrooms. They yield abundant harvests of meaty, grey caps with a mild and rich flavour that are excellent in everything from frying and stir-fries to soups and stews.

For longer shelf life, mycelium not used immediately should be stored in the refrigerator.
