Yellow oyster mushroom mycelium on rye

Our mycelium is cultivated on carefully selected, unsprayed rye to ensure healthy and vigorous mycelium. The rye acts as a carrier for the mycelium, making it easy to inoculate suitable growing substrates, such as straw or wood-based materials.

Golden oyster mushroom is a fast-growing and easy-to-cultivate mushroom with bright yellow caps and a mild, nutty flavor. It thrives on substrates such as straw and hardwood-based materials and yields abundant harvests under good growing conditions. Its intense yellow color makes it as decorative as it is delicious.

For longer shelf life, mycelium not used immediately should be stored in the refrigerator.
