Hericium erinaceus/Lion's Mane mycelium on rye

Our mycelium is grown on carefully selected, unsprayed rye to provide healthy and vigorous mycelium. The rye acts as a carrier for the mycelium, making it easy to inoculate suitable growing substrates, such as straw or wood-based materials.

Lions Pride is a commercial variety of lion's mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) that produces larger yields. It is a unique and easy-to-grow edible mushroom with a characteristic white, spiky appearance and a mild, seafood-like flavor. It is appreciated for both its culinary properties and its decorative appearance.

For longer shelf life, mycelium not used immediately should be stored in the refrigerator.
